Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to LOVE us to Venus and back, but if you're not entirely happy with what you got, please get in touch with us on our WhatsApp line +2765431280 or on email asexonline@gmail.com and we'll give you detailed instructions on how to return or exchange your items.
Returns and exchanges have to be completed within 7 days window from the date the order was received to send it back to us.
Please note, unwanted items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused. Item must be returned with all tags attached in the original packaging in which it was received.
